MONSTER SHOW PROGRAM (Website).png

Everything you ever want is on the other side of cringe. It's true because I read it on the internet. It's also true because I've experienced this very phenomenon while building this show. In the middle of this process, I almost quit. I didn't think it was good enough or that I'm good enough. But artists are never satisfied, there's always something to deepen, to smooth out, to sharpen. And as my friend Theo pointed out, it wouldn't be a monster show if my monsters didn't peek their heads. So I didn't keep calm, but I did carry on. I hope you enjoy my monsters. A collection of things that have happened to me, are happening and will happen (I'm looking at you menopause!). But this is also a clown show. So hopefully, we'll have a good time. Because what I've discovered is this: once they're in the light, our monsters are not so scary after all. I hope you laugh. I hope you smile. I hope, for the love of God, that you don't get bored. Here we go. Thank you. I love you.
